HWG It could be the crowd I run with but those of us who have equity are not likely to panic sell. Maybe a younger crowd with equity?People who are still using equity to make their payments? I know people with equity from 1M+ on down to red ink and many of them will not do anything or will leverage what equity they have to buy distressed properties or bargain properties in general. Some are already doing that last part.
Many of the regulars on this blog are currently owners. From the personal stories they have shared it doesn’t seem like they are going to sell because of depreciation.
