Interesting how much Branson bought Necker Island for. It was up for sale for 5 Million Lbs., but he got it for 175,000 Lbs. (I don’t know how to get the currency, so you have to settle for weight).
Even with inflation adjustments, that’s about what it costs for a house in San Diego.
