How about shuffleboard. Doesn’t require as much play area as billiards or table tennis. All ages and skill level can play side by side. You can always cover and use as a buffet table for those large Piggington dinners parties or wedding receptions. Add one or two electric safety dartboards and a fully stocked bar. And, of course, a few big screen tv’s.
