I think at those prices that Davidson may have sold below cost. I agree that we may not see those kinds of prices ever again.

at the peak $750k got someone around 1900 sqft with no lot. now we have someone getting 4600 sqft with a huge lot for the same price. I know this is TOTALLY apple vs orange comparisons. But still, pretty amazing…
