It does a dump of the various ‘error’ states present on the car and what run-time tests have completed and which are pending. For the OBD2 results to be considered valid, there are to be no pending tests and no hanging error codes.
You may want to check if there are any ‘hanging’ codes and whether all run-time tests have completed.
