Hidden Meadows is located at the Mountain Meadow road/Deer Springs road exit east of I15 and just inland from Rimrock.
The elevation is 1500 feet, and about 10 AM every morning a cooling breeze blows in from the west.
There is only one way in and out of this community (unless you are a resident and you know the “offroad” trail that can be driven in behind the community via your SUV).
The work to widen the I15 has been a real bonus. Next year, the carpool lanes will now extend from Via Rancho Parkway south. In the near future, the carpool lanes will extend from the 78 south.
Most of the houses are “one offs” but there was 3 tract home developements built in the last couple of years.
The area is somewhat immune to forclosure activity, but there is some (4 total, I think) in the recently built tract homes, plus a couple of custom homes. One of those custom homes went into foreclosure becasue of a divorce and the ex husband was adamant that the ex wife would not be able to purchase the house.
Overall, this is a very nice, mostly upscale area.
