hi raptor – no it was listed on the mls for quite a while – originally on 5/25/06. Started ~3.5m and chased the mkt down. I think the last listing was 2.75-2.95. Perhaps the owners just got tired of waiting and dealt. I viewed it in April. Based on your prior posts, I don’t think it is what you are looking for anyway. But there’s always another house out there and the next one may look like an even better deal than anything you have seen so far. good luck.
