I know Scripps very well… as I am currently living there and looking to buy there as well if I can get a good deal. Stonebridge is very nice but yes the MR and HOA are kind of scorching… Personally we like old Scripps as it suits our needs more but that is just a personal choice and has no bearing on your question.
