Yes doing fine. Thanks for asking. I left Monday because we have only one long winding road out to/from our property and also it looked like air quality was going to get bad for my kids.We are with a friend here in San Carlos and having a nice visit. Mandatory evacuation came yesterday after the winds shifted. My property is north of Skyline Truck Trail. The area may burn,probably not, but even if it does not many of our houses will burn because the winds are tame and so many resources are in town.I have cleared brush at least 300 ft in all directions.Tommorow A.M. will probably decide the issue of whether fire is going to jump into Lawson valley or not. I envision massive air support and basically a pounidng of the fire into submission. We will see. Like I said earlier, after the Cedar fires and now this amazing situation, nothing is to be taken for granted. It looks like, other than Julian, we might be the last people allowed back in, oh well.
I have been reading here. Haven’t heard from Allan of Fallbrook. That was a pretty scary deal up there. Hope he is doing well.
