Here’s another one with wild pricing. Sold in Dec 09 for 477K, on the market now for 815K. The address is 1503 Dale St in South Park. The odd thing is, it’s really hard to find that original 477K sale recorded anywhere. I think the real estate agent deleted the history from Zillow.
