Heh, I guess I should just stop complaining and just pay the cost for using my central A/C more. I’ve seen some months, my electric/gas bill can actually get as low as $60-$70 per month. The key is staying out of the tier 3 level since there’s a huge jump in prices there).
On heavier A/C use, I see $175-$200 per month and I felt that was too high already. I can’t even imagine 500 or $1000.
This whole idea of mine is to try to get my portable A/C so I can get energy costs down to more like $100/month or so for hot days.
