Have you tried getting a government contract lately? An agreement I reached back in August that was supposed to be a slam-dunk through an existing channel, under contract and started by 1 October is *still* in the government contracting office! Answer I get every week is “this is the week it will be ready for you to sign so you can start work next week.”
