Hate to say it, but sdr is correct that this will make a difference for more than a few. I have $150K and waiting to pull the trigger; I will probably still wait it out another year but the new conforming limit inches me closer and could push me in by the fall. He is also right that supply is short in 92009/92024. I will jump in when those at the 799 price point get between 650-700. Could be in the Fall or more likely in late 2009. 92011 is in the same boat, they are very sticky.
