Hard to say, except start a business is a field which you know something about, unless you have the money to hire someone who knows the business. It goes without saying that it should be something recession-proof. Currently retailers are doing poorly (lots of retail stores going out of business) so it’s a good time to supply yourself with mannequins, display shelves, etc. whenever a store goes out of business. Perhaps it’s a good time to lease office space as well, if you see your business needing it and lasting long enough to warrant leasing.
How about this: a company that buys up store fixtures from bankrupt retail businesses and sells them at a mark-up.
