Happy New Year Everyone! Just wanted to let you know that Sky Ranch is doing well! The new, Lennar, Crescent Heights homes are selling and all but 1 on a recent phase is sold out. The last plan 2 in this phase is selling at approx. $605,000. Also, the HOA assessment has been reduced recently to $223 per month. Also, as a reminder, there is no Mello Roos here.
