Guys lets take a step back for a moment. First off with recordings…It is not the sellers responsibility for the recording. Recording is done primarly as a protection mechanism and it is in the best interest of the person buying the property to make sure the recording is done correctly.
So perhaps let’s stop placing the blame on the banks for not recording the sales okay?

Second off, WE ALL have an opportunity to invest in groups that make a darn good return off these purchases.
We can complain about it or you can take advantage about it. My argument is not against the complaint about manipulation, or about things being unfair. However it is what it is. The information is public, you have to find it.

CAR your idea is not a bad idea, yet I think that there is a misconception that people will all of the sudden stop buying homes knowing there are bulk purchases going on. It seems to me there are a hell of alot of smart people on this site who have bought homes knowing of the existence of this practice. This is not new and it happened during the RTC days.
Unfortunately all of our markets are manipulated. Do you really feel like the energy industry is not manipulated. Is the fuel industry not manipulated. When gas prices shot up to almost 5 bucks a gallon was that due to a true rise in global supply and demand?

It is pretty sad that us **taxpayers** are watching our money being given to common thieves. That is the way it is. Yep alot of the people profiting off of bulk purchases, off of loan mods, off of any other business that is thriving in this downturn ARE those that caused it. That is not news to me, nor is it news to anyone else.
Once more, it is noble to think of a better way to do things, of a method that is more fair. It is not hard to think of one.
I just think that there is more opportunity to make money playing within the system (however f’d up it is, then to change it. I would much rather focus my energy in that direction.
