Gum health is not a game. I really want all my teeth. However I may not be marshaling any free will to do this. I may just be going through my pre-wired plan. My gums will be what they will be. Which doesn’t excuse me from making the efforts I am predestined to make.
I think of my gums as accident victims, and that I need to nurse them carefully back to robust health.
