guilty on the lesser, maybe assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury. but no murder. just doing his job. good supervisor reviews, other cops approved obviously, they were there, he wouldnt be committing murder if he knew he were being filmed, right? seems like a slam dunk for a not guilty on the top charge.
