I think we all lose… This now becomes a comp that will be used by others. This also gives other sellers false hopes that they will sell as well.
Bugs good research, I had noticed the same history of the home as well but I had exceeded my playtime on the computer and my wife was giving me the look so I couldn’t make the posting as informative as I wanted to.
It just really stinks. As I said thanks to Powayseller as well as she has told me of some more of these types of shenanigans as experienced from someone she is close to. This happened very very recently.
