Got to love it how expectations change suddenly. Two weeks ago, I would have been angry at the prospect of a 2nd year w/out a raise. However, in the last 2 Fridays, two senior people from my old division were walked out, if one could call it quietly.
So, glad to have a job (2 years w/out raise so far but 401K match was increased 1 year ago).
