Good for your. Which is why you’re there and I’m here. You can’t pay me enough to live in the NE. I rather live in a 3/1 in SD than a 5/5 in NYC. I would hate myself every Winter and Summer.
Summers can be hot, but some winters are awesomely beautiful. Ever been cross-country skiing in Central Park with 6″ of snow and another foot coming? Try it some time.
Though I have to say that skiing in Mammoth Lake >> skiing anywhere in Vermont or Quebec.
