gn (just a quick opinion) that space behind Rue Riviere is not open space in the classic sense. Basically that is a slope that runs down from Rue Chantamar. You can see that behind the fence there is a cleared pattern that is evident from the pictures. Again, how your insurance carrier would treat it is speculative. For the home I was looking at on Pudregal there was a much wider swath of level open space, then there was our fence then a downward space into our backyard. The guy that came out for our home said we would not but again that was for that home in that spot at that time. As for Rue Riviere I don’t think you would have an issue as long as that 20-30 foot swath behind the fence was kept clean.
I have been inside the home, it is pretty nice but the yard is small.
