Ghetto to me is parts of southeastern SD, parts of El Cajon (more of a hillbilly ghetto), and parts of Oceanside and Escondido. Older and not perfect-looking isn’t ghetto, it’s just older and imperfect.
I suppose the antipathy towards that is good, since it keeps prices down in some complexes vs others.
