FYI, just spoke to my friend and she has several sales which are on hold because of financing. There is very little financing out there for land/construction right now. She does have a private lender who will lend his own money but it would probably be a bit steep. Good thing you arent in rush right now. She’s doing some more research for me and I will let you know if hear more.
