FWIW, it isnt back on the market. My client has it under contract and we are working through issues related to them not the property.
And yes it is a steal. Also to address some concerns brought up by other posters previously the buyer is not paying any back taxes, mello roos or HOA dues. All of them are being covered out of the proceeds.
