From what I’ve seen, the entire system … from the Fed at the top to the greenest REO listing agent on the bottom, has aligned itself to keep the average person from getting a sweet deal on a distressed property.
I fully acknowledge that I too may be an underwater homeowner a year from now. But I just can’t take it anymore 🙂
