problem with North OC is you are going to be dependent on the 5, which is notoriously bad. which means metrolink is the only way to go.
however, metrolink from buena park to union station is only 35 min.
so this might work out quite well for you.
inventory is extremely bare right now. if there’s the possibility of change in employment a couple years down the line, might be better off renting.
