Foreclosures are rocketing faster than NODs.
Last year, NODs where 15000 at this time, with 900 foreclosures, this year, it’s 37000 NODs and just over 6000 foreclosures.
That’s 1 in 6 NODs going foreclosure before the market softens in OC/LA.
