For the record, I won’t be sending money. I won’t be worrying all that much, either. There are millions of people suffering on our planet at any given moment. The people in Japan just happen to be in the news right this minute. If you are that worried about the Japanese right now, and you really understand the amount of human misery there is on Earth and worry about all the misery equally, then you’ll be worried pretty much constantly. Worrying about it kinda seems pointless to me. Doing something about it, of course, is another matter. But you can only do so much about so many things. I save all my charity money for one charity:
