Are these guys dreaming we are in 2005? They bought in late 2003 for $520K. http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-090031071-4065_Porte_De_Palmas_101_San_Diego_CA_92122 looks ok but nothing extraordinary… Is it seller denial, or, are the prices going up now?
