Trump supporters tend to be resistant to change. They take offense to many little changes they perceive as elitist and out of their realm. They perceive sushi, sriracha sauce, padthai as unamerican and elitist. But they embrace burritos and quesadillas, as long as people don’t speak Spanish around them.
