I had a traffic ticket in the past and i remember from my defensive driving class that you need to be far enough back from the vehicle in front of you so you can brake safely. It’s your own responsibility because the vehicle in front may brake suddenly.

And the rider clearly “swooped and squat” on the Ranger Rover. The SUV is not going to out brake the motorcycle. Plus being surrounded by so many bikers he was probably trying to concentrate on the 10 or more bikes immediately surrounding his car and trying not to hit him as well.
So it is no wonder it happened.
Now you are just arguing to be a troll… Your logic in all of this is just as bad as the bikers.
Tell you what. You should join a group like that so that your terrible sense of logic could be validated by the uneducated unmoralistic mob mentality that was demonstrate in the video.
