In fact, I love to order mixed veggies or fresh ginger with tofu at the Thai restaurant. I ask them to make it less salty so I don’t consume too much high blood pressure inducing sodium Plain food is actually delicious because you can taste the natural flavors of the ingredients.
If you watch old movies, you will notice that the urbane sophisticated person was admired through the 1960s. The Kennedys represented sophistication. Nixon and Reagan represented the ordinary blue collar guys. Obama is the educated new economy and the future. Trump is “we want our America back.”

If you wanna feel manly go hiking with your wife or woman friend and keep up.
My wife picked up hiking and without any training did 6-10 mile “moderate” rated trails every single day for like a month. I can easily run and jump circles around her but endurance wise it is no contest. She and her woman friends try to drag me along to hike but I can only do every other day at the most ( without whining about sore muscles and aching knees.)
