FlyerInHI – disagree that living in an apartment is pathetic. It makes things easier, especially if you’re a single parent. Taking care of a house takes time, and we only have a certain number of hours in a day.
Are the kids acting out at night? Now you’re saying “all day”. Kids are out of school. They should be playing. If this is in Vegas, it’s probably too hot for them to play outside. Unfortunately, Vegas is a hot, dusty pesthole in summer. I don’t see a big problem with noise during daytime hours.
If the place is very dirty/unsanitary, you might help the dad get custody via an anonymous call to CPS 😉
