Sausalito is next too torrey hills elementary. Not bad and close to the parks. Construction quality is so-so. Actually, I was thinking a decent starter home would be something in Sands, Coves. But prices still have to come down.

Thanks flu. Well, we liked Sands well enough, but I really don’t think they will ever get into 500K range….
Personally I kind of like the gated communities, but, I wouldn’t like to pay much for the privilege…
Any thoughts about Stone Canyon by any chance? We went to a couple of open houses and we liked the floor plans, the complex, much better than its neighbor, Canyon Ridge. I believe both are gated. Sure small lots, but that’s how it is…
