I feel sorry for you if you can’t tell the difference. Let me explain it to you: Black people are called monkeys because of the color of their skin and their physical features — the very definition of racism. Bush was called a monkey because he wasn’t very smart, which has nothing to do with his skin color or race.
If anything, Bush was a victim of ‘intellectualism,’ not racism.
