They’re not making anymore land :-). In all seriousness, SD is almost fully built out, so, you’re right, it’ll only get worse from here. That’s what you get for living in a place with one of the best weather in the country. While we’re complaining it’s cold when it dips down to the 40s, 1/2 of the nation is currently being pounded by icy rain and snow.
