Personally, I’m not a big fan of Pardee (with the exception of Derby Hills). But I’m not going to say that, because it would come across as me having a sour grapes syndrome…It would be like me saying a new porsche is a POS and I don’t understand why anyone would want to drive a new porsche.
I actually don’t mind Pardee one bit. My house is a Pardee house and after 30 years, it’s still doing fine. It lacks some of new modern features (like the 10+ feet ceiling), but at the very least, the 2nd floor squeaks less than a 2004 custom home I’ve been in.
What is it about Pardee that you don’t like flu? Their floor plans seems to be pretty similar to the industry right now.
Ok. I don’t like the newer cheapened, Pardee. And too many damn walls!!!!!Sorry….. TOO MANY WALLS!!!!!
What do you mean by cheaper? I hear that a lot but don’t know what to look for when/if we buy another one.
I agree about walls. Their newer floor plans have too many walls. Maybe its due to the fact that the lot and house are narrow, which force them to add walls to create a more defined space. Just guessing on this one…
