flu, I’m one of those “6 out of 10” who have “insufficient income” to qualify for a “no cash-out” refinance of my own property. It only makes sense for me to refi to a 15-year loan, anyway.
No worries though. I’ll just follow the party closely behind by doing what I do best . . . riding the coattails of COFI downhill at NO COST ;=)
