Bloomberg is not a Democrat.
And the way that stop and frisk has been used by the NYPD is absurdly unconstitutional. Walking while black does not qualify as probably cause. And that IS the way they’ve used it. And that is what the court ruled on. The court didn’t limit stop and frisk when probably cause exists.
