Flu sounds like you are doing things right if you are really losing 8 lbs. in 2 months just have to keep it up. To lose that amount of weight you are basically burning 500 more calories than you are taking in per day, that is the best way to lose weight, slow but sure. When I feel like I’m gaining a little too much I hit the treadmill while watching TV. In 30 minutes I will burn 252 calories, that’s 1 oz of fat. So an hour on the treadmill equals 1/4 cup of fat burned. Now granted, running on the beach may be more fun, for me that’s not an option at this time.
