First off one customer could not easily net me $30K. I only get half of the commision (the agent representing the other side gets half also) and have costs on top of that. Before taxes I generally end up with 1 to 2% which would necessitate a 1.5 to 3M transaction. Not many of them floating around here or anywhere for that matter.
Quite to the contrary if I was looking for business I would put my name out here rather than using a moniker to be anonomous.
The reason I chose sdrealtor was to make myself a target and to make it clear to anyone who was reading what I wrote where my perspective came from. Projecting that onto your I guess we should just assume you are Roadkill.
For the record, I am not trying to discredit your data. I am showing that there are always two sides to any argument and the answer generally falls somewhere in the middle.
