Too funny.
The one somewhat health-food storish thing I eat are Omega-3 eggs, so I am a little guilty. Of course I mix in heavy whipping cream, cheese and cook in butter (trying to eat high-fat for weight loss). I think she gets the Omega-3 eggs at a regular store.
Outside of that it’s Steak, burgers, some sausage, and the broccoli. Chicken and Pork too, though it’s not as satiating, and chicken is kind of bland. We really don’t need WF for any of that, though I do get sausage at a specialty meat store that makes a lot of gourmet meats. I do treat myself with Cherries for enough carbs to keep me from craving bread/rice/pasta.
