Quite the contrary, I find her to be oxymoronic.
1) She’s able to work the system to steal hundred’s and thousands of dollars
This part was so easy a sixth grader with a house with equity could have done it( if they wre allowed to enter contracts). All that was needed was a house with equity and an appetite for easy riches.The rest of the “how to do the bubble” instruction automatically revealed istself to the willing learner.Perhaps a little real estate background “helped”?
A smart person would have seen the end game and finished with something of an improvement from where they started. Looking at her personal misery index, I don’ t think that is the case. I don’t wish this woman’s complete demise but I hope she doesn’t get help with her house. Not sure if I would like to see her go to jail or not.
2) She’s not so smart enough to publicize her failure and blame on the “big bad corporation”, when all her previous shady dealings are recorded in public records.
