Expensive Gas tops the list (almost a dollar a gallon more than most the rest of the nation).
Overzealous zoning laws.
The fact I cannot trade my canyon view home for a similar home with an ocean view.
Not enough June gloom (most years)
Special California Smog laws.
Still I am not leaving though.
