Exactly JWM…first time buyer means a HOUSE (not a condo) for under 200K. Period. It was available here (SD) prior to 2002 and should be available again too unless the world comes to an end (which I am not predicting).
Also, first-time buyer does not need granite counters and a tony address…it should truly be a “starter” home in a modest neighborhood.
