Guilty! Got lucky and made a killing on our SEH home before selling last year, concerned about economic fundamentals and have resolved to renting in Carlsbad while the kids finish school and go off to college. Since we can’t family travel like we’d hoped, considering a cabin up in the mountains as a weekend getaway.[/quote]
Good job resisting the Denver urge and making that killing though I think you probably wouldve done just as well down the hill and perhaps still be there. Hindsight though is tough. Hope all is well with you and the family:)
