Everyone should keep the faith… the deals are out there. We bought in Feb 1.5 blocks from sunset cliffs blvd for $2.78/sqft. And while it was a little dated, it was not what I would call a fixer-upper.
on a side note, something strange is up with that 873 loma valley place house. I would not take that as a good measure of the market.
