[quote=esmith]Maybe I am wrong about San Marcos. What I mean to say is if you can comfortably afford an upscale area, you can unlikely to live in a bellow average area.
I give you five pictures. They are from “upscale” 4S Ranch and Carmel Valley, Chula Vista, and below-average San Marcos and Escondido. Please tell me which is which.
#5(the last link) is chula vista (first guess) or escondido (second guess)
#4 is carmel valley
#3 is san marcos
#2 is 4s
#1 is escondido (first guess) or chula vista(second guess)
How close was I?
No way #5 is carmel valley. In fact, this home looks like it’s one of those “newer homes” in foreclosure high areas.
The giveaways are
a) Brown, unkempt lawn…The HOA would be shitting on that owner for that in Carmel Valley.
b) Lack of gardening in front…Seems like a new home with owner not able to to spend $ on landscaping.
c) Observe the Caddy Escalade parked outside + the funny looking black thing leaning on the right side of the garage. ==> Gaudy car bought with funny money + slob leaving crap outside of a home (again, an uptight community wouldn’t allow this).
