Escoguy, I agree with you 100% and that’s exactly what I’m doing as well. I don’t see San Diego start building the amount of housing that’s needed to bring us into equilibrium. Also, with more remote work being the common place, there’s not much better place to be than San Diego when you’re talking about natural beauty and weather.
